All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details and tracking information.
In rare cases (such as high order volume or stock availability), order processing might take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Orders to metros and major cities are generally delivered faster, while remote or rural areas may take additional time.
All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

⏱ Note: During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (like weather issues or courier delays), deliveries may take slightly longer than usual.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹500.
A nominal shipping charge may apply to orders below the minimum purchase value.
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
