Return & Cancellation Policy

At Unifra Spices, we value your satisfaction and take pride in offering high-quality, authentic, and hygienically packed products. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why we’ve created a fair and transparent Return & Cancellation Policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.


1. Return & Replacement Policy

Since our products are consumable food items (spices), we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. As a result, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or spoiled product.
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
  • The product has expired or is past its best-before date at the time of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide clear images or videos showing the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or incorrect item).

Once verified, our team will initiate a replacement or refund as per your preference.


2. Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective).

3. Refund Policy

After inspection and approval of your return, we will initiate your refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If your product is eligible for replacement, the new item will be shipped within 3–5 business days after return verification.


4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched.
  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at avisubha48@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

5. Damaged or Missing Products on Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:

  • Please refuse to accept it and inform our support team immediately.
  • If accepted, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos.
  • We’ll promptly review and replace the item or issue a refund as applicable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment account again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider — processing times vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us at avisubha48@gmail.com
